Soya Milk is best option for Cow milk and the milk of buffalo. The animal milk contains high amount of fat i.e. 4% to 6%, which may be dangerous to our health. People having high blood pressure or high cholesterol should avoid animal milk. They should try Soya Milk.

Soya Milk is made from Soya Bean flour. You should boil Soya beans before grinding them. It prevents beany flavor.
Clean whole Soya beans by removing dirt and damaged Soya beans। Drop Soya beans directly into boiling water containing 1/4-teaspoon baking soda and blanch for five minutes. Drain and rinse with hot water. Grind the blanched Soya beans with three cups very hot water for three minutes using blender setting at high speed. Cool till warm to touch and filter through cheesecloth by squeezing. Then boil Soya milk for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add salt, sugar and flavors as desired. Now it is ready to drink!
